"We have been visiting Grand Cayman since 2009, and staying at the Grandview regularly since 2013, where we also got married! It is a serene, clean, well maintained complex situated on the south end of 7 mile beach. It’s like home away from home. The Grandview is within walking distance to everything you need, including the Icoa bakery, groceries, and Georgetown where you can buy fresh fish from local vendors, visit Margaritaville for drinks and waterslides, and shop! We often walk to Camana Bay in the evenings as well.
We usually stay in unit 212, a corner unit on the ground floor which is our favourite as it is essentially right on the beach with a view of the beach and grounds. It has recently been renovated which is a bonus. The condo is probably the closest one literally steps to the sandy alcove, so you can literally walk straight from the unit into the water and go swimming, paddle boarding and snorkeling. It is extremely convenient, plus you can keep an eye on your other half or your kids if you’d rather chill with a drink on the patio 🙂
The beach itself is very quiet, however it is rocky with the exception of the sandy alcove. There is also an adjacent boat dock.
In the center of the complex is a huge pool and a hot tub, which you can also view from 212 ( the corner units are by far the best). There are always available loungers, and an often unoccupied pergola which is awesome for lunch or dinner. The staff and groundskeepers are friendly, just all around nice people.
Overall, if you need to be catered to then one of the big hotels may be a better option for you. However, if you’re looking for some peace and quiet without having to race to the beach every morning to find a 6×4 spot to lay in beside a crowd of other visitors, unit 212 at Grandview is the place to be.

"We spent perfect week in Condo 212 at Grandview Apartments. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo.
You are literally steps from a gorgeous Seven Mile beach and have ocean views out of the living room and the bedroom. Amazing views of the cruise ships and very secure/safe area. The beach is great for snorkeling and swimming. The pool was nice and big. There is a hot tub at the pool as well. The beach is nice and well kept. We could not have been happier with the accommodations.
The property is very well maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped, had everything we needed to cook in. Plenty of bars/restaurants around too. The beds were comfortable and had clean linens. We appreciated that the unit had everything we needed and no clutter.
The condo is situated well: it’s close the amenities of 7-mile beach but without the larger crowds and is 10 mins from the airport. Highly recommend this place, we plan to return.

"Our family of four (2 kids & 2 adults) had a wonderful stay in unit 212 at the Grandview. The condo is beautifully renovated, spacious, and conveniently located on the ground level just a few steps from the beach and pool. This complex is very quiet and relaxing. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves and there is plenty of space on the beach. There is a sheltered cove for easy access to the ocean and a safe place for young children to play in the water. We had no need for a car as the grocery store, Georgetown and Camana Bay are a short walk away.
We’ll definitely be coming back!
