Rental Policies
January to April
Minimum Length of Stay: 5-night stay minimum
Deposit Policy: 50% deposit required to confirm reservation
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 60 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund less the cancellation fee of 4% (of entire booking)
May to December
Minimum Length of Stay: 3-Night stay minimum
Deposit Policy: 50% deposit required to confirm reservation
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 45 days or more prior to arrival to receive a full refund less the change and /or cancellation fee of 4% (of entire booking)
Christmas/New Year:
Minimum Length of Stay: 7-night stay minimum
Deposit Policy: 50% deposit required to confirm reservation, balance due by October 1st.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 120 days or more prior to arrival for a full refund, less a cancellation fee of 4% (of entire booking)
Presidents Week, Easter, Spring Break & Thanksgiving:
Cancel 90 days or more prior to arrival for a full refund, less a 4% cancellation fee.
Moving reservations is considered on a case to case basis and if allowed, the reservation can only be moved once.
Relocation, Substitution and The Grandview Condos Cancellation Policy
The Grandview Condos reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to amend, relocate, or cancel a confirmed reservation due to circumstances including property availability issues, maintenance requirements, safety concerns, owner requirements, or events beyond The Grandview Condos’ reasonable control.
Where a relocation is required, The Grandview Condos will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative accommodation of a similar standard and value or higher standard and value at no extra charge to the guest. The guest will have the option to accept the alternative accommodation or decline it.
If the guest declines the alternative accommodation offered, the reservation may be cancelled by the guest and all payments made for the affected booking period will be refunded in full, without cancellation fees or penalties.
The Grandview Condos will notify the guest as soon as reasonably possible and will take reasonable steps to minimize any inconvenience caused.
