Yes. Each rental unit features a direct-dial telephone. Local calls are complimentary.

• Hotel-style mid-stay cleaning is determined by your specific reservation package. Standard 5-night and 7-night stays typically receive one mid-week cleaning service.
• Service Includes: Changing bed linens and bathroom towels, emptying trash bins, and a light tidy of the bathrooms.
• Service Excludes: Deep condo cleaning, personal guest laundry, or washing pots, pans, and kitchen dishes. Additional cleanings can be requested for a supplemental fee.

If you are exceptionally pleased with your housekeeper or a specific service provider, it is highly acceptable to reward them upon departure. Tipping can be done personally or coordinated through the front office.

• Yes. The Grandview Condos provides completely complimentary, high-speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) access throughout the entire complex, interior units, and common grounds for all registered guests.
• Each room at The Grandview Condos has complimentary Cable TV access

• Each condo is stocked with an initial starter pack of paper towels, facial tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, trash bags, bathroom soap, toilet paper, and minor amounts of laundry and dishwasher detergent.
• Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, and soap are replenished in the maid service – paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry powder are not 
• Tip: Because these items are not replenished daily, guests are highly encouraged to pack a few extra laundry and dishwasher capsules from home to avoid buying bulk boxes locally.

• Yes. The front office provides cribs, high chairs, and pack ‘n’ plays upon request. Because we have a highly limited supply distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, we strongly recommend reserving these at the time of your initial booking. If our supply is depleted, outside rental costs are passed onto the guest.
• Note: The property does not supply strollers or car seats.

• Yes. Complimentary beach towels are provided inside your condo unit. Beach chairs, loungers, and shade umbrellas are set up directly on our private beachfront stretch.
• We hold a limited stock of coolers that can be borrowed from the office on a first-come, first-served basis. Sand toys are provided for children, but specialized water sports gear like snorkels or paddleboards can be rented from Adventure Cayman
• How do guests book the recreation courts?
• Tennis Court: A  tennis court is located directly in front of the office. Guests must use the physical sign-up board located at the entrance gate. The code is on a sheet in the condo
• Pickleball Court: Our pickleball court is located behind the garages, offering two play areas. It is protected by a combination lock—the code is on a sheet in the condo
• Rules and Gear: Court reservations are strictly limited to a 1-hour slot per day per condo. Rackets, pickleball paddles, and balls are available to borrow at the office on a first-come, first-served basis

Yes. Shared gas BBQ grills are situated in two convenient locations: at the rear of the main office building, between buildings 4 and 5, and between buildings 7 and 8.

• No fishing is allowed in our complex

Rental guests, temporary tenants, and outside visitors are strictly prohibited from bringing or hosting pets anywhere on the premises at any time. Only registered resident owners are permitted to keep pets on the property.

While the property features an outdoor hot tub, freshwater swimming pool, and beachfront gazebo, dedicated fitness facilities are provided by World Gym, which is conveniently located literally steps away from the property grounds.

• Grocery Stores: The highly-rated Kirk Market is located just down the street for all your provisioning, grocery, and local food needs.
• ATMs: Cash machines are located nearby inside Kirk Market and at Tortuga Fine Wine & Spirits within the West Shore Plaza retail center.
• Full Banking Centers: Major brick-and-mortar branches for Butterfield Bank and Cayman National Bank are located a short drive away at the Camana Bay complex.plex.
