Welcome to the Grandview !

The Grandview is comprised of 69 privately-owned condos.

A third of the GV condos are owner – occupied, a third are long-term rentals and a third are part of our GV vacation rental pool. We take great pride in the maintenance of our property and in extending our warm #Caymankind hospitality to our visitors.  We hope you make the Grandview your home away from home and return often.

We will let you enjoy the natural beauty of the landscape and the property as well as the privacy and serenity of our complex but should you need any assistance you will find us eager to help in any way to ensure your best holiday yet.

******Please kindly note: If you’ve made reservations directly with a “Host” through AirBnB or VRBO or directly with an owner for a Grandview Condo NOT listed in our rental pool or featured on our website, we ask you to please contact the owner or owner representative directly for all guest services including check-in, access to facilities, equipment rental, car parking pass, taxis, condo maintenance and/or any emergency.

The Grandview Office hours are:

Monday-Friday   9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 noon

Sunday and Holidays – Closed

 

Pets

We love pets but only resident owners are allowed to keep pets on property.

  Visitors, guests and tenants are not allowed to host or keep pets during their stay.

Cribs, Rollaway Beds and High Chairs

The front office can provide cribs, rollaway beds, and high chairs upon request. We recommend you mention and reserve these items at the time of your reservation as we have only a limited supply.

Gratuities

If you are particularly pleased with a service provider or housekeeper and would like to reward them, it is acceptable to do so upon departure either personally or through the front office.

Maid Service

Hotel-style maid service is provided to each condo based on reservation package. Typically one mid-week maid service is included in a 5 and 7-night stay however additional services can be provided for a fee.

Maid service includes change of linens and towels, tidying up and refreshing the bathrooms but NOT a full condo housekeeping, NOT laundry and NOT pots and pans or a full kitchen’s worth of dishes.

Laundry Facilities

Every Grandview condo is equipped with a washer and dryer. We do not have any other additional laundry facilities on the premises.

 Beach Towels

Beach towels are provided in your condo.

Banking

The nearest ATM banking machines are located within Kirk Supermarket and Tortuga Fine Wine and Spirits in the West Shore Plaza. Full banking centres for Butterfield Bank and Cayman National Bank can be found in Camana Bay.

Internet Wireless Connection

The Grandview provides complimentary wireless Internet throughout the property to our guests.

Concierge Desk

We do not have an official concierge desk, but our office staff will be happy to help you with rental cars, island tours, boat trips, fishing excursions, restaurant reservations and just about anything else you may need.

BBQ Grills

BBQ grills (gas) are available at the rear of the office building, between buildings 4 and 5 and also between buildings 7 and 8

Supermarkets

Kirk Supermarket is located 1 km to the South of the Grandview. It is an easy 10 to15 minute walk or a 4-minute car ride over.  They are open 6:30am – 9:30 pm Monday to Saturday. Please remember that most public stores, including supermarkets, are closed on Sundays and some holidays.

Tennis & Pickleball

Our property has one turf-surfaced tennis court located at the roadside directly in front of the office. We ask that you kindly use the sign-up sign located at the door of the tennis court entrance. It allows for one hour of play per day per condo. Our new pickleball court located behind the garages offers two play areas and is accessible with a combination code. Please reserve your slot by signing up on the sign by the court gate.
