Minimum Stay:

SUMMER     3 nights
WINTER      5 nights – excluding Holiday
HOLIDAY    7 nights

Check-in Time – 3:00 PM 

Check-out Time – 11:00 AM

  • Methods of Payment:  Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and US Currency
  • Applicable Charges: 13% Government Tax, 5% resort fee
  • Special offers may not be combined

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:

  • For rentals of 1 – 3 nights, full payment is due at booking.
  • For rentals longer than 3 nights, 50% of the full payment is due at the time of booking.
  • Jan 15 – Dec 1: Balance due 60 days before check in.
  • Dec 1 – Jan 15: Balance due 90 days before check in.

CANCELLATION PERIODS:

  • January 4 – December 14: minimum 60 days’ notice
  • December 1 – January 15: minimum 90 days’ notice

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:

All cancellations and changes are subject to a US$150 Cancellation fee. The deposit, less this fee, will be refunded once notice to cancel is received. This change fee will be charged with every change in an existing reservation.

  • Reservations, cancellations or changes are accepted if received prior to the cancellation periods detailed above.
  • If the rental is cancelled outside of the applicable cancellation periods, guests forfeit the full amount of deposit.
  • Reservations made with advance deposits that need to be moved from original dates must be used within one calendar year to avoid forfeiting deposit.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for No Shows or Early Departures.
  • Guests are not permitted to have or host pets at the Grandview and we are regrettably unable to accommodate service animals.
  • All Grandview condos are smoke-free.

HURRICANE GUARANTEE

  • In the event of a hurricane warning for Grand Cayman, guests may postpone their vacation or rebook for the same number of nights within one calendar year.
