All our condos include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz counter tops are standard in most condos. All condos are equipped with quality small appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee bean grinder) and include dishwashers and washer / dryer units while most (but not all) feature refrigerators with ice & water dispensers, and separate ice machine and dedicated wine cooler.
Non-Smoking Property
The Grandview is a SMOKE FREE property. Smoking is not permitted inside the condos, on patios, nor in any public areas.

Every condo is equipped with a Cable TV system and most units feature smart flat screen TV’s with surround sound and sound bars, DVD players, additional monitors and various a/v, tech equipment. FREE high-speed Wireless (WiFi) Internet Service, FREE local calls.
