Last night I was lucky enough to be the emcee again at the CITA's International Underwater Film Festival.  It was a great night with presentations from the shark experts Ron and Valerie Taylor, and an amazing showcase of free diving by Kirk Kraack of Performance Free Diving - he can hold his breathe for 14 minutes - yep no bs - YIKES !!!!!!

It was a great evening with many distinguished guests there along with several inductees into the International Scuba Diving's Hall of Fame.

The Grandview Condos in Cayman recently have donated several large pieces of furniture and appliances to the Red Cross.

 Some owners have chosen to make some changes and upgrades in their units and  as a result needed to do something with the items being replaced.  Our suggestionwas to support the Red Cross cayman Islands where residents cna go and pick up clothing, bedding and so on and now thanks to the Grandview, some families will have the choice of a dishwasher, TV's, stereo equipment, DVD palyers, TV Hutch's, couches and other pieces of furniture.

Hey 2 Friday's ago I agreed to be in a fashion / variety show which was held at the upscale Luca Italian restaurant to raise funds for our Olympic hopefuls.

 It was an exceptional event with lots of funds raised and loads of laughs.   Fro some fun pics check out the CIOFC fan site on facebook.

It's nice and sunny today with a healthy wind ...  Pool get cleaned today.
To date we have not found evidence of any turtle nests on our beach as we have 3 nesting females and as you may or may not be aware they come back to the same place every year to lay their eggs if they are gonna lay.  We will keep you all posted but check out some random pics form the previous years turtle hatching's ....
