On Monday night I went out to dinner at Copper Falls and WOW did they exceed my expectations!!!!  The steak of course was superb and we tried this new wine that is made in Lebanon!!! - and it was DELICIOUS - we tried the 2000 and the 99 - and will have to try the 96 next time...  But the wow came around dessert time which I was not really keen for, so decided to ask for the impossible so I said that unless I could have Cadbury's whole nut chocolate I did not want dessert - ha ha ...

 Well about 10 minutes later Simone - pronounced Simon eh - comes to the table wiht a bowl of vanilla ice cream and YES whole nut choclate sprinkled all over the top - he had gone to the nearby grocery store and bought the choclate ...  Now that's a WOW and thanks to Frank, Dianne, Simone and the Copper Falls team.
